How will I receive the electronic door access codes for the restroom and vintage trailer reservation?

Guest will receive an email three day before and the day of arrival with any door code information. Please read them thoroughly. The Camp uses the email address that was used to book a reservation.

What are your Check-in and Check-out times?

  • Tiny Homes and Vintage Trailers
    • Check-in is 4:00 pm and Check-out is 11:00 am.
  • RV Pads and Van/Small RV Pads
    • Check-in is 1:00 pm and Check-out is 11:00 am.

What are the quiet hours?

Quiet hours starting at 10:00 pm-8:00 am. It is the responsibility of guest to inform all visitors of this information.

What are the hook-ups offered at The Camp?

The Camp offers full hook-ups. This comes with City Water, Sewer, 30-50 amp power. As well as access to the high-speed internet, laundry, and restroom trailers. The door code will be emailed to you in our arrival information email.

Does The Camp offer any pull through sites?

         The Camp does not offer any sites that are pull through. Please note that some sites can be difficult to back into.               Please know your abilities at backing up as no employees of The Camp will be allowed to do this for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

The Camp is published on multiple booking sites and as such follows the cancelation policy that is posted on each of those sites. If a booking is completed on The Camp’s webpage the following is the cancellation policy...

Cancellations completed prior to 7 days to arrival date, will receive a full refund. Reservations not canceled within 7 days of arrival will be subject to a fee equivalent to one night’s stay plus tax. We Charge the one-night stay to the card on file that was used to book your stay. No-shows and late arrivals will be charged the full room rate plus tax for the first night.

What Taxes and Fees apply to my reservation?

In addition to your daily rate, guests are charged the following….

  • State of Oregon lodging tax 1.8%
  • City of Bend lodging tax 10.4%
  • Additional guests $15.00 per person
  • Additional vehicle $20.00 max 1 additional vehicle per reservation
    • Please note this fee is only applied to reservations that have additional vehicles besides a tow vehicle, a tow behind vehicle. Guest of the vintage trailers and tiny home have parking in front of their unit. If you plan to bring an additional vehicle besides the one you arrive in. You will need to add an additional vehicle fee to your reservation.

For guests booking our Vintage Trailers and Tiny Homes a $25.00 one-time cleaning fee is applied at the time of booking. Guest will also notice depending on which booking site they us a booking fee. The Camp does preauthorize the card on file for a security deposit of $250.00. This amount is not withdrawn just preauthorized in case of any incidentals need to be charged to the card.

Can The Camp host an event?

Please contact management to discuss the details of your upcoming event to see if The Camp can accommodate your wishes.

Is internet and cable offered at The Camp?

The Camp offers guest access to our high-speed WIFI internet. The Camp does not offer cable service. Guest staying in our Vintage Trailers and Tiny Home will have a smart TV in the unit.

Pet Policy?

Vintage Trailer-

Guest of The Camp are welcome to have their pets stay with them in our pet friendly units. Guest that choose to stay in our pet friendly Vintage Trailers will be charged a $50.00 pet fee at the time of arrival. It is guest’s responsibility to book a stay in a pet friendly Vintage Trailer.

Dedicated pet Vintage Trailer –

      • The Clifford

Guest booking a stay at one of our RV pads will not be charge a pet fee as part of their reservation. This fee only applies to reservation that stay in The Clifford and have a pet with them.

Dogs 50 pounds or smaller or a maximum of 2 dogs equaling 50 pounds per pet family may stay. Dogs must always be kept on a leash 6 feet or shorter within the premises of The Camp and are not to be left unattended in the trailer. No building of pet pens or fencing in areas at your site. No tying of your pet to any structure or tree within The Camp. A small off leash area is available to guest to use during their stay. Guests must accompany and stay with their dog at all time while in the dog park. Guest are responsible to “clean up” after their dog and all dog waist is to be properly disposed of in the dog receptacles.

The Camp is not liable for any damage or injury caused to another person or animal on property and hold the dog owner responsible. Noisy, vicious, or unruly dogs are not allowed.

          Other Animals -

The Camp does not allow any exotic pets.  Determined by management.

          Tiny Homes –

The Camp does not offer pet friendly Tiny Homes, please see our pet friendly vintage trailers guest wishing to have their stay include their pet family.

          RV Pads –

Are there ADA trailers or RV Pads available?

Due to the nature and age of the trailer park being built in 1950 it may not be up to modern ADA standards.

Do you offer any smoking trailers?

All the park owned trailers, rentals and bathroom laundry trailers, at The Camp are smoke-free. The Non-Smoking policy also refers to cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and burning candles or incenses. Anyone identified as smoking in any of The Camps trailers will be charged a $250.00 fee for ionization for smoking.

Where can I park?

There is limited space for extra parking at The Camp. Each space is allowed only one additional vehicle, to the trailer/RV, with their stay. The Camp asks guest to park directly in front of their trailer. We allow customers to purchase any additional space on a first come first served basis for $20.00 per night. Parking is assigned by the office and guests must park in their assigned space as well as display the provided parking pass from the office. DO NOT PARK IN SITES OTHER THAN YOUR OWN. If your additional vehicle is not able to fit within your RV pad guest will have to purchase an additional vehicle pass. 

Does the Tiny Home and/or Vintage Trailers have heating and air conditioning?

Each of our units have been fitted with thermostat-controlled air conditioning, roof vents, and windows that can be opened. Each also has thermostat-controlled heaters for guest to set at their preferred temperature.

What are the amenities to guest staying at The Camp?

Each of our trailers are supplied with a queen size mattress as well as an additional sleeping option for guest to us. Please check each of the properties to see specific information. They also come with coffee, tea, sweetener, dishware/utensils, bottle opener/corkscrew, flat screen TV, microwave, linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Outside of the trailers and tiny home guest will have access to 2 Adirondack chairs and a side table to enjoy their patio space. The units DO NOT have stoves or ovens.

 Guest also will have access to use the common area that has 2 gas BBQ’s, a gas fire pit, and additional tables and setting available to use. Instructions for operating the gas fire pit and overhead lights are located at the base of the light pull next to the gas BBQ’s.

Does The Camp have additional restroom facilities?

The Camp has on site, 4 additional restrooms and showers as well as on site laundry for guest to use.

Does the Tiny Home or Vintage trailers have stoves?

In each of the Vintage Trailers the stove has been removed. In the Tiny Home the stove and oven have been left in place but due to safety has been disconnected. The Camp does offer the use of 2 gas grills located in our common area.

Can I have an open fire or burn wood at The Camp?

The Camp does not allow any open flame, wood burning, or smokers to be used by our guests. In the Common Area guest can us the provided gas grills as well as our fire pit. Instructions for operating the gas fire pit and overhead lights are located at the base of the parking lot light next to the gas BBQ’s.

Does The Camp have a lost and found?

Anything lost or left behind will be taken to either The Office or our housekeeping department. Each item will be held for a limited time. Please contact our office at 541-382-2335 of by email at [email protected].
